“TENJAKU” is the Japanese name for both this expertly blended whisky and the skylark, or hibari, a beloved springtime herald.
The whisky is double copper pot distilled utilizing some of the purest waters on Earth from the Misaka Mountain range in the Mt. Fuji basin, 250 meters below the surface, starting with a mash bill of 86% maize and 14% barley. The purest water in the world may be found here, and it is the water used to make the best sake.
Lastly, Tenjaku is matured in extensively seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels, producing a full-bodied, rich malt flavor that is subdued while still allowing the grain flavor to shine through.
