The end product is V.J.O.P., or Very Junipery Over Proof gin, which is our very own symphony in ‘J’ major.

NOSE: Strong notes of zesty orange are mixed with junipery pine and cedarwood.

PALATE: A bold, dark chocolate-noted flavor with a lot of juniper up front.

FINISH: The juniper is highlighted by this long, dry finish that has a beautiful balance.
