In order to balance the liquid, a limited amount of European oak casks is used to mature a significant percentage of our 15-year-old single malt scotch whisky.

The end product is a delicious single malt that pairs well with laughter and good company. It has notes of sweet brown sugar, soft cooked apples, and creamy toffee.
