Color: Vibrant shades of green.

Nose: Notes of floral combined with lychee and raisin aromas.

Palate: Sweet, crisp, and loaded with flavors of tropical fruits, culminating in a sweet finale. It has extremely weak tannins and very little acidity.

Suggestions: Goes nicely with pizza, pasta, spicy curries, and red meat. A fantastic side dish for fresh Asian cuisines that include ginger, coriander, and chilli.
