Our whiskey, a combination of well-known Highland Malts, is carefully aged in American Oak Bourbon Casks.

With a clear, crisp aroma of citrus, toffee, and honeyed fruits, followed by toasted cereal, creamy vanilla, and a trace of sweet spice.

We further mature and finish our whiskey in Sherry Casks for further complexity and depths of flavour, blended with a unique 10-year-old Speyside Single Malt.
