DOC In Northeastern Italy, Delle Venezie is the most recent denomination. It was founded in 2017 with the goal of preserving and advancing Pinot Grigio, a wine that is widely recognized as an Italian export. It comprises the Province of Trento, the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia.

Recommendations: It goes particularly well with fish courses (shellfish in particular), rice, poultry and fresh cheeses. Perfect as an aperitif.
