Color: Vibrant straw yellow with beautiful, long-lasting perlage.

Nose: Classic and elegant with notes of sage and spices in the finish, along with fruity (citrus fruits, green apples, pears, and white flowers) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria, and lily of the valley) notes.

Palate: Slim in body, energetic yet well-balanced acidity, soft, harmonic, and exquisite.

Suggestions: Exceptionally good as an aperitif and in mixed drinks, especially with appetizers, light first courses (seafood and pasta and risotto with non-aromatic herbs), steamed or raw fish dishes, grilled white meats.
